Improve Body Fitness

By learning some simple fitness routines, kids will become fitter and stronger. These routines are specifically designed to develop their body balance, strength, core, flexibility, and more.

The trainer will teach the children new exercises on easy counts. They will learn to be more disciplined and adapt to a healthier lifestyle after completing the entire program.

All About Body Strength

Arun Sir will demonstrate some simple and effective workouts for increasing body strength in this session. He'll go over the three workout rules, after which the session will be divided into three parts: warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.To make the learning more fun, the mentor will conduct a game to involve kids in some good and easy warm up movements.

At Yellow Class, we provide engagement and learning activities for kids in a fun-filled way. We conduct live classes which cover, but are not limited to, Creative writing, Book Reading, Storytelling, Public Speaking, Dance, Craft, Pottery, Drawing, Painting, Mind, Body, and Soul.


All About Flexibility And Mobility

The mentor will teach exercise routines to make children’s bodies flexible and joints mobile. This session will be divided into three sets consisting of warm-up, main workout and cool down session. During the lesson, kids will learn cobra stretch, crab walk, neck stretch, and hamstring flow, among other activities.

At Yellow Class, we provide engagement and learning activities for kids between 2-12 years in a fun-filled way. We conduct live classes which cover, but are not limited to, Creative writing, Book Reading, Storytelling, Public Speaking, Dance, Craft, Pottery, Drawing, Painting, Mind, Body, and Soul.


All About Functional Training

This session will include a variety of exercises and routines that are part of functional training and beneficial to children in their daily activities. Following the warm-up, children will engage in a variety of exercises such as walking lunges, plank jacks, single leg hinges, and more. A cool-down routine will follow the training session.

All About Body Balance

In this session, the mentor will guide kids to balance their body parts in various ways by teaching them a variety of exercises. The kids will start their fitness journey with warm-up, followed by the main workout consisting of arm rotations, star pose, stretching exercises and more. A set of cool-down exercises will conclude the session, along with mentor’s interesting tips on healthy diet.

All About Core And Plyo

This session will be especially exciting for kids because it will include both CORE and PLYO routines. The mentor will begin with a warm-up, then move on to the main workout program, which will include exercises such as side plank, pelvic bridge, bicycle crunch, and many others. Relaxing stretches can help the kids calm down their muscles and joints even more.

All About Agility

The mentor will engage the kids in workouts and exercises that will help them improve their body's agility. Warm up first, then move on to the major sets of exercises, which include seal jacks, star leaps, towel lateral hops, and more. Towards the end of this session, the mentor will help kids cool down and will share some useful tips to stay healthy.

In this session, kids will pose and move like animals while exercising. The mentor will kickstart the fitness routine with a warm-up, followed by plain rotation, half cobra, bear walk and other sets of exercises as the main workout. The cooldown exercises at the end of the session will help kids relax.

All About Being Fit And Strong

The final session will take kids back to the workout routines learnt during all the previous sessions. The mentor will help kids revise cobra stretch, single leg hinge, star pose, pelvic bridge, along with some new workouts like ice skaters, chest press and more. He further wraps up the exciting fitness journey with a note of appreciation and encouragement for kids to exercise at least 120 mins in a week.

There are no demo classes, as all our program classes and workshops are free to attend.

Q: Will my child receive any type of certification for this session?
