Salman will indulge warm up and cool down exercises in each session. These exercises will be good for flexibility and decrease the chance of injury.

Kids will love to learn new Bollywood dance steps. Salman will encourage kids to pick up new styles that they master later in years.

Encourages Kids to Present Better
In this program, Salman will teach kids to control their bodies to support their own weight optimally. As a result, kids will improve their posture, and won’t slouch and bones will benefit.
Winner of Dance India Dance Season 1, Salman Yusuff Khan is an actor, dancer and choreographer. He has participated in many reality shows, featured in music videos and Bollywood movies like Rakatcharitra and ABCD-Anybody Can Dance.
Session 1 : Get Introduced to the Basics of Dance
This session will mesmerize the kids as Salman Sir will explain the whys and hows of dance, but only after talking about dance experiences and how he started dancing as a hobby. Salman Sir will start this session with a great warm-up set on Billie Jean and Gallan Goriyan. He will also teach them, in great detail, choreography on ‘Tattad Tattad’ and the techniques of body movements. This session will be concluded with very warm, relaxing breathing exercises that will lift the spirits of the little munchkins.

Session 2 : Importance of Body Flexibility
This session will be a continuation of the last session as kids will learn the hook step of ‘Tattad Tattad.' Before starting the rest of the choreography, Salman will share some anecdotes from his life to inspire kids to work hard. He will make kids understand the importance of body flexibility in dance and the various ways in which they can control it to put their best foot forward. There will be a warm-up session on Chogada and Butter by BTS.

Session 3 : Importance of Isolations
In this session, Salman Sir will continue his storytelling ritual before teaching the dance routine as he shares his journey from Latin dance forms to classical dance. As the kids get ready to dance to the beats of their favorite song, they will also learn the importance of upper body movements and isolation. After having a great warm-up on Desi Girl, kids will learn choreography on “Aankh Maarey”.

Session 4 : Improving the Footwork
In this session, the kids will accompany Salman Sir as he shares some tips to improve their dance performances and continue with the energetic dance number. The session will start with a warm-up on ‘Morni Banke’ followed by choreography on “Aankh Maarey” which will be a continuation of the previous session. They will also learn to choose their dance styles and imbibe the discipline of taking care of their growing bodies. This session will conclude with a few suggestions that will help the kids improve their footwork.

Session 5 : Importance of Presentation
This session will invigorate the kids with the kind of energy and fun that they can never let go of. Salman Sir. He will teach them step-by-step choreography on a popular dance song ‘Bang Bang.’ The tiny tots also will learn some fascinating lessons on the importance of outlook and persistence. As the session concludes, they will be able to put on their dancing shoes and groove with a bit more confidence than they had in the beginning.

The session will consist of a warm-up and cool-down set followed by the main choreography. As he sprinkles some wonderful tips to perfect their dance moves throughout the final session, the little munchkins will be spellbound by both his lessons on dance and life!
