Basics and Theory of Dance
Understanding key elements of dancing, different techniques, and musicality is the foundation of becoming a great dancer. In this session, Ishpreet will teach how to become more flexible in dancing and feel light on the floor while gaining body strength. She will talk about the importance of warm-up or work-out before indulging yourself in dance. She will also explain the concept of agility. Furthermore, kids will learn to do some waves, body flow, and melt dance moves. They will also master the art of expression to make their dance more interactive and appealing.

Salsa on "Shape of You and Senorita"
Prepare yourself for a quick warm-up session. For starters, she will introduce some exercises that will help you further understand the importance of it. Moving on, kids will learn the salsa choreography, which comprises four basic tactics namely front or forward basic, side basic, and more on the two popular songs, "Shape of You and Senorita”. The session will end with some fashion tips.

Keeping yourself prepared and warmed up is an essential practice for any dancer. In this session, kids will perform a Tabata workout which includes side lunges, crunches, jumping jacks, and more. Now, it’s time to learn three amazing hip-hop moves - Pick and throw step with Hop and Hit, Jazz Punch and Reverse Wave. Kids will incorporate these moves on ‘Kangana Tera Ni’.

Bollywood Dance on "Param Sundari"
It's time to add some Punjabi 'Tadka' in this session of Nachle with Ishpreet Dang. Start this session with bhangra workout exercises. Furthermore, they will learn choreography on ‘Param Sundari’ that includes steps like leg twists with hand waves, chest pop, and pretending to fail in style dance moves along with the Hook step of Param Sundari. The mentor will also help kids add expression to their dancing to make it more interactive and attractive rather than making it look plain.
